PREPARATION OF PLANS

Preparation of plans and procedures to deal with accidents, incidents and emergencies is the seventh step of the COSHH Regulations assessment.

These plans and procedures should be drafted by those responsible for ensuring the health and wellbeing of crime scene examiners working for a particular police force, scientific support unit or fingerpint development laboratory, and they should be available for consultation on request.
