Materials we make available for sale through our on-line store are obtained under one of three licences:

1. For Personal Only Use

MEANING: You are granted permission to use the material you have purchased for your own, personal interests. You can copy and print the material, and if digital, save the file to multiple devices. However, you may NOT adapt, edit, change, transform, embed in other documents or files or web and social media sites, publish, republish, distribute, redistribute, broadcast, rebroadcast, share, transfer or make available to others, or use for any commercial / financial gain or profit.

2. For Educational Use

MEANING: You are granted permission to use the material you have purchased for your own personal interests and for the purpose of illustrating a relevant subject and instructing others. That is, you can copy and print the material and if digital, save the file to multiple devices, and you may use it in work you do to give or receive instruction (or when preparing to give or receive instruction), and the copying is used to illustrate a point about the subject being taught. You may NOT remove or obstruct the copyright notification on the documents / files. You may NOT disassemble or extract from, adapt, edit, change, or transform the material you have purchased without our express permission. CastleviewUK Forensics Ltd takes the protection of its copyright very seriously.

If CastleviewUK Forensics Ltd discovers that you have used its copyright materials in contravention of the appropriate licences above, CastleviewUK Forensics Ltd may bring legal proceedings against you seeking monetary damages and an injunction to stop you using those materials.  You could also be ordered to pay legal costs.
